Last April (2013), I reached my goal on the IP diet. I lost 58 pounds. Since that time, I have gained back 30 pounds. I need to start the diet again. Has anyone else had this happen?

That's too bad Did you stop the IP diet once you reached your goal?

I gained it back but thats because i went back to my old ways after a while.. lesson learned.
