I was so disappointed in myself so it's took me a few years to get my head together again and I started back walking daily on 1/1/14 and started my diet back on 1/6/14. So far I have lost 22 pounds and am already feeling better. I just got so tired of being back in the big girl clothes and never being able to do the things I want to do. It's in my nature to be outdoors doing things but my mind and body have not been on the same page!
They are now becoming one minded, like it or not.....lolI just wanted to say hello to everyone and I am happy to be back here with all the support!!
