That's an excellent idea! I never thought about setting a mini goal. I just know I have about 67 lbs to lose which seems a bit daunting considering how many times I've tried to lose weight. :-)
That is a great idea! In my food journal I keep a record of how much I want to loose each week and how I have done in the past. It's a nice way to visually remind myself of where I am going and that I don't need to do it all at once. Plus it is interesting to see the patterns throughout my journey.
