    Grr - I've been stuck at bloody 152 for two and a half weeks. I don't know why - I have been so good. it did dip down to 151.2 but had gone back up again.

    I am so due a whoosh!

  • Robsia, 152 lbs. was one of my set points. I had a heck of a time breaking through it, but once I did I whooshed.

    I seem to be at another set point at 140 range. I am going very low carb again to break through this setpoint.
