My name is Kelly. I'm new to this site. I've been doing WW at home for about 3 weeks now. I started cutting back food a little over a month ago and I've lost about 10 pounds so far. I love WW. I love the recipes and all the WW endorsed food. It makes it really easy to follow. Went through and replaced food in the house with healthier stuff. It's been easy so far. I'm getting used to eating less, but filling foods with low points. I don't want to give up. I want to succeed!
Thanks Amandie! I have all the WW books, so that really helps. But I'm not doing the meetings. I pay attention to what I'm eating, and how much. I've tried several new recipes and they are awesome!
I'm enjoying ww right now too! I think the part I have the hardest time wrapping my head around is I'm actually eating more food now than I was when I wasn't on the plan! But what a difference picking the right food makes!
Weight loss aside, the biggest plus for me so far is since starting WW, my nightly heartburn has disappeared. I no longer feel like I should buy stock in antacid companies so I can at least get something out of it!
