Getting started

  • I guess my first mini goal would be start exercising again. I think for now I'll start with 2 days week, for 30 mins. We'll see how it goes this week.


  • Mini goals work for me. A few goals I've had in the past include drinking more water or eating some raw veggies before each meal. Good luck on your journey!
  • Mini goals also work for me! I wanted to start exercising, keep my gy routine going, stick with pilates (harder than I thought), and take things one month at a time. I am almost at the end of my first month. Keep up the good work, and please keep us updated!
  • Thats a great goal! Soon you will find that you start to crave more excersize!
