  • Well i am new here so its still figuring things out.
    But still wanted to start with some introduction

    So here we go,
    I am Simone & i am 25 years old.
    Since June 2013 i really started my journey to loose my belly fat/ the weight i have too much.
    I joined Weight Watchers and started with the weight of 100.8 KG.
    Over a period of 6 months i lost 10 kg.
    Which brings me to my current weight / situation.
    Since the november i am stuck...
    In December i decided to quit Weight Watchers due to financial reasons.
    So now i am doing it on my own.
    Every week i weigh myself. But still i can't seem to get out of the 90 zone...
    There is still a lot of kg/belly fat to go before i achief my healhty weight.
    Since i am 1,63 a healthy weight would be around or under 60 kg.
    For now i am taking it step by step so next first "small" goal is to reach 85 kg.

    Well... i think this is for now more then enough to bother you guys with
    Hope i'll find support and new ideas on here to keep going and to not give up!
