  • MONDAY--Did 45 minutes of elliptical trainer AND 1/2 hour of Power 90 weights! Even my 5 yr old DS got on the exercise bike for a half hour!
  • Good morning.
    We had a great walk last night. At leat and hour and a half. I hope the weather holds so we can walk again tonight. It's fun having a group to walk with.

  • Tuesday--10 minutes stretches, 26 minutes upper body TBT.

    Monday - 2.3 miles on the treadmill
    Tues - 2.3 miles on the treadmill
    tomorrow - stregth training curcuit and 2 miles on the elliptical machine...
    and of I go...

  • Wednesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 34 minutes lower body, TBT.
  • Tuesday - Toting uncooperative crying baby to my vehicle from the childcare center of the gym.

    Wednesday - Treadmill for 30 minutes (160 calories), and circuit (upper body), and tummy crunches.

    Going to try to workout at home tomorrow a.m. before taking my daughter for her 1-year old picture.
  • Wed.
    Finally got my butt to the gym this week!
    Did 1 mile in 20 minutes on the stairclimber.
    Did 2 miles in 45 minutes on the treadmill.
  • Thursday

    Figured out 110 laps around my pool is a mile so I did half a mile
  • Thursday-- 10 minutes stretches, 28 minutes upper body TBT.
    (I had to order 2 new resistance bands already!)
  • Yeah, finally got some eaxercies this week. Thought I never would.

    Thursday.... 2 mile walk

    Friday..........got up at 5:30 and got 2 miles in.

    Hope to get in at least one more day by Sunday
  • Sunday, Monday and Thursday(twice) - Lawn Bowling

    Tuesday - 2 hours traditional line dancing (o.k. there was a fifteen minute coffee break).

    Thursday - 1 hour country and western line dancing.

    Monday, Wednesday and Friday - Badminton.

    Saturday's my day of rest unless I can find some inspiration to do some housework or gardening.
