I, like most women, have been 'dieting' for years now, but since my mums diagnosis of diabetes last year, only now have I taken it truly serious!!
So I would like to know some tips, diets, regimes that you are all on and hope to gain some help.
My partner and I are trying to lose weight together which is such a great help. He has lost 1 stone and I, 7 pounds which is great!
If anyone is interested in the way I am doing things feel free to ask, and likewise, I would love to know what you are all doing!!
