New to Atkins and Gluten Allergy?

    Hi Everyone, I am brand new to Atkins and allergic to Gluten. There is a lot of information here. Anyone already know a group or thread dealing with this? Thank you for any direction at all

    It's pretty easy to do Atkins gluten free. Avoid all processed foods (bars, shakes etc) and just eat real food. Good luck!

    Thank you, do you know if there are any groups that are GF? There seem to be so many groups
