Mini Goals for the week of Jan 26-Feb 1

    I want to drink at least 110 oz of water a day and work out for at least 25 minutes per day, loosing 2-3 lbs. I'm just getting started again after falling off the wagon!
  • My TOM is on it's way, so I need to figure out goals that will help me deal with that. My two goals are:

    1. Listen to your body & eat when you're hungry
    2. Don't be too hard on yourself if you can't stick to 1500 calories this week.
