Alternate Plan

  • Greetings all!

    It's been a few weeks since I joined your fab board. I am on the IP Alternate Plan, and I have to say that I love it - I am able to have some carbs, dairy, and fruit. I haven't cheated and I have no cravings. I have found that to be so unbelievable - but I guess it's what is in their protein.

    Anyway, I just wanted to give an update if anyone is interested.

    I started 1-1-14 at 209 and at my meeting found that I lost the most in one week - 5 lbs! I am so pumped about it.

    Anyway, I weighed in at 188 so that is 21 lbs. in 3 weeks! Yay!!

    BTW, if anyone else is on the Alternate Plan, instead of oatmeal - you can have cream of wheat!!!!
