I love the fact that I can cross my legs! I am bottom heavy and it wasn't very comfortable before, now I find myself sitting with my legs crossed all the time. It seems like a small thing but I really notice it!

Zip and button by jeans without sucking it in and laying across the bed.

I was going to say cross my legs but it's more than that now...I can cross them under my desk! Before they sat to the side of my desk! lol. Also, I can practice my yoga a lot more comfortably. AND shop in normal stores!

Wrap one of those hotel towels around my entire body!

I too am sooooo excited I can cross my legs like a "lady" now. I too am doing it all the time. That's biggest thing I have noticed so far. Also, I don't have to shop in the "womens" or "plus size" section anymore.

Ha! Crossing my legs is what I was going to say too! I'm also bottom heavy and have larger legs and thighs. It's the little things in life. I also like not having to take heartburn medicine, having a normal blood pressure, not being pre-diabetic, not getting winded when I walk up a flight of stairs, not feeling like people are judging me at the grocery store, etc, etc. GREAT thread!!

I'm now able to do up the top buckle on my ski boots.

Going shopping at lunch for new pants for work - I need size 10!!! Haven't had size 10 since....I dunno...high school? I'm now a 47 year old mother of two!

I just remembered another one - I can buy boots (you know the cute ones everyone is wearing) and I don't have to buy "wide calf" or just settle for ankle boots.

My favorite thing is when I bump into yet another wardrobe item that has to be replaced. I didn't buy clothes as I lost, just wore baggy and assumed I would use my small clothes that I had longed to fit into for the past decade.

To my amazement, I shot past those clothes on the way down--they became too big. And thank goodness because they were retro, and not in a stylish way. One day I realized my lingerie wasn't working, another day it was winter day-to-day, etc etc. There was a little anxiety & superstition about enjoying the weight loss, as if I might gain it right back if I bought the smaller sizes.

It's so easy to find something now, instead of feeling desperate to buy whatever I can find that fits. I love it!I trust myself to fight to stay in the new clothes. Feeling the jeans get a bit snug is what got me back to restart.

I can sit on my bed indian style for hours and it doesn't hurt me at all. I was sitting on my bed lotioning my legs not realizing that I was lifting, bending my legs in all sorts of directions they wouldn't go before. Paint my toe nails with ease (although now I go to get them done). I'm not out of breath putting on socks and shoes, and those are easier to do now too. There are just so many things and I still have more to go and experience.

I can...
cross my legs without them sliding off one another,
bend down and touch my toes,
grab my heel with my hand and extend my leg up,
get really close to my husband when he hugs me,
wear high heels without my feet getting swollen.

After my first round of IP I was able to have a baby. I started IP to get my weight down to do fertility treatments and bam..... preggo. Not to bad for someone who had 3% chance of conceiving. See little man below... he's my best reason to reboot.
