I've definitely yo-yo-ed up and down over and over. Lost 70 pounds, gained it back. Lost 60 pounds, gained it back. And then some, of course.
I know the yo-yo-ing is so unhealthy, so I want, need, for this time to stick. I know I will slip up from time to time, I know there will be setbacks, but at least I'm ready to start again.
Looking forward to the support of this community again, as well as being able to share my progress. I know the other two times, sharing my progress was a huge factor in keeping me motivated.

BACK! It sounds like you know how to lose weight. You may want to hang out some browsing the Maintenance section and see what they do to keep the weight off successfully. That's what I'm doing! I'm a yo-yo dieter too, but this time, I'm planning for maintenance before I even get to that point! I wish you the best of luck! You can do this!
I am back as well, similar story, lost 75 pounds, gained 70 back...arg. But back on board (and on the board lol) and am starting to go down again. We can do it!!
