Morning everyone! I am new and looking for a group of support to help me tackle the last leg of my weight loss journey. I am short (5 feet) and at the end of college weighed 150 pounds. Now I am down to 131, but this past summer I was 120. I put some back on after I got engaged, and was celebrating with family and friends, and also some added stress of a wedding and buying a house.
While my weight is not a huge amount that I want to finish (16 pounds) I struggle to do it in a healthy way. I have a history of resorting to crash diets, binge eating, and other unhealthy eating habits. I am hoping that by being a part of this group, I can keep focused and know that I am not the only one trying to be thinner.
