Other than increase my walking and taking the stairs and exercising. I'm letting go of sugary sodas (unless I'm going out to eat which won't be that often).
I'd recommend you spend at least a period of time recording what you eat (either writing it on paper or using an online app like myfitnesspal). It is really helpful to see what you really eat. You can look back over it and see areas you should focus on improving.
