New & dont know where to start.....

  • Hello everyone! I am in my late thirties and I am a mother to a beautiful (and very active) 3 year old little girl. I have a wonderful and handsome husband and a job that I love. ...but I am fat - I am tired of being fat. Trust is, I am tired all the time.
I have always been a little bigger than every one else and I am tired. I spent the first 38 years of my life being fat and it needs to change.
I have no idea where to start.....I did sign up for a weight control seminar at my local hospital. But I have no idea where to start...any help/advice would be apprecaited.
    Thanks!
