Getting back on track! Need support

  • Hey everyone! Its been a long time! So those of you who don't remember me, My name is Jennie. Long story short, my highest weight was 300lbs and after a healthy diet and exercise I lost almost 160lbs - almost reaching my goal weight of 140. After a couple health issues and a back injury my weight has been jumping up and down between 160-175. I don't feel I look horrible at this weight and its been nice to take a break, but now that I am feeling my body can handle training again I think its about time I get back to it...tone up again and get ready for those summer hikes that I LOVE!

    After years of falling and picking myself back up, I know I can reach my goal because I've done it, but I also know having support makes a world of difference and definitely helps me stay accountable for what I eat and do. I really want to join a Jan thread/challenge.
