I haven't regained everything I lost when I was here over the summer, but getting close. First I let myself get derailed by plantar fasciitis, then the holidays. My foot has improved and the holidays are over. Time to get my s*** together.

Down a pound to 140 even. And took in another notch in my belt on Christmas Eve.
