OK, I have had my Xbox for 2 years, never used it, still in the box.
Any recommendations for videos that would be good work outs, slow starting and then able to add to it. I don't even know if they have videos (games like this). I need low impact to start and then work up. I am so out of sharp.
Some of these videos are like 60.00 so also, where is a good place to get them for less.
