I always feel so tired, even when I get good sleep! I am doing good on my calories today, still under but I have no energy. I haven't had any soda and am on my 5th 12oz cup of water but I am just dragging.
What do you eat to keep up your energy?
Ive had coffee, 2 granola bars and a small piece of homemade lasagna so far today.
I plan to have 2 shredded chicken tacos with fat free beans for dinner.
I just don't know how I'm going to have any energy on the Elliptical tonight but I am dragging my butt there no matter what!
I probably need to plan a better, more protein and nutrient rich breakfast than a coffee and a granola bar for the future .... Suggestions?
