Someone might think, "ONLY" 100 pounds to lose? Yes, only. Once upon a time, not so very long ago, I was at my highest lifetime weight of 303 pounds. Having to lose 143 pounds seems hugely daunting and was the reason for many, many tears.
After many, many diet failures, I am finally on track and losing steadily. It still isn't easy. I struggle with cravings and the urge to binge, but I'm staying on track and fighting for me this time. So, I'm only five pounds away from having only 100 pounds left to lose and I totally believe that is worth celebrating.
