    This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

    Grab an oar and join us doing our best to stay dry in the boat and not fall out.
  • My 10 day goal is:
    1. To remain POP on WW, EVERY DAY!
    2. To think positive thoughts about myself every day.
  • POP yesterday! Good thoughts are easy today. Lost 1.8 over the last week.

    Happy to be rowing from a dry seat.

    This may not be a challenge, but staying on plan has gotten very challenging for me. Even just checking in has been a challenge!

    So I am challenging myself to check in with the boat mates every day, stay OP, and get 10 minutes of intentional exercise.

  • Stayed dry yesterday. Did have to use a couple of my extra points as I had an "I'm starving" moment last night.
  • Still dry!

  • Happily still dry. Weigh less than last week and am sticking to my goals.
    Rowing back to the dock today.
