Well it looks like everyone is busy today.Just got back from our walk at the beach.I sure did not want to go..But am now glad we did.I walked the farthest yet.Making a cassette with music I can walk to helped.I also put tea bottle in back of truck and as I made circle I stopped long enough to get a drink.Am going to have to edit tape as two songs were too slow and 1 too fast.The weather here is beautiful.As we were leaving we saw a beach wedding going on.
Had to go to my sisters last night and my neice and nephew had two birthday cakes.I had to bring one home.I cut it in slices and put it in back freezer.Out of sight.Will let grandkids have it.
Well I will see you guys tomorrow night.Have to get up early and head to Tampa 1st thing

I wanted to tell you good luck tomorrow on your new job. I know it is only training but good luck anyway.

I did great today again. We went to pizza hut and I had my points figured for the day. I had the spaghetti and marinara sauce and a salad. I used the fork trick for the dressing so I didn't have much. Only 1 tablespoon. So I am still within range on the very low end. I am glad I am back on track because my jeans are feeling tight again. I don't like that feeling. So that was another indicator to get going and get back on track.

I tried to get in earlier but the boards were down. So I am here tonight.
