I would love everyone to post recipes for leftover turkey that we can all try in the next few days to use up the extra turkey that we all always seem to have.
I am going to start with a simple turkey-"rice" soup. I usually make stuff up as I go, but am planning on maxing a broth out of the turkey, then throwing in some breast meat, seasonings to taste, riced cauliflower, and mixed approved vegetables. I also found a shepards pie recipe on one site that included the turkey and mashed cauliflower.
