5ft tall 180 lbs
I would love to get to 150 or lower -
30 lbs is what i would like to lose. That doesnt sound like too much but
my self esteem is so low that i honestly dont think i will succeed.
I am an emotional eater and i feel i am addicted to food. Its all i ever think about now a days. I have only been this way for around 6 months and i am afraid if
i dont get control over it i will be hitting 200 soon.

Since you feel addicted to food, I have to wonder: Are you eating a lot of high-carb foods like breads/grains, pasta, potatoes, sweets? Quick-burning carbs like that cause you to be hungry all the time if you have a carb-sensitivity. It sounds like you might. Whatever diet you choose, you may want to consider limiting your carbs. I think it might help get your hunger under control. Good luck!
