I'm motivated to get back on track. I know how much better I feel when I am tracking my weight and now I am totally in control of my food. Moved out two weeks ago and I'm starting to feel much better than I have in years. No one here to complain about my healthy food spending.
I don't think I really internalized how much my ex was making me feel miserable. Right now I'm just starting IF/eating windows. I'll pondering going back to my 5:2 in a few weeks depending how I feel. I'm still very much in boxes and don't feel like stressing myself too much on super-weight-loss-mode. Just being aware of what I am eating. I hope to mostly unpack soon so I can start hooping again.
