On Plan Thread Nov 18-24

  • It's time for a new week of talking On-Plan! This is the place for South Beach meal plan and food support, encouragement and questions.

    Anyone, from any phase (1, 1.5, 2, 3, etc.) can post, and those who are new to 3FC are especially encouraged to do so!

    This thread is for questions, sharing advice and strategies, and encouraging each other to stay on plan. It is not for chatting about daily life unrelated to this topic. Members have indicated that they would like to have chatting remain in the Daily Thread, so any posts that are off topic or chatty will be moved by the mods to the Daily.

    People in different phases of South Beach post here so it will help everyone if you indicate what phase you're in when you post. Thanks!

    While you may certainly find, from time to time, the need to ask for help after going off plan, remember that this thread is about staying on plan. When you share details of off plan foods you've eaten, it can upset, tempt, and otherwise frustrate other members, so please keep these details to a minimum.

  • WOW! Yesterday was so crazy busy for me, didnt get a chance to even get near a computer to post... Thankfully, today wasnt so bad.

    Phase 2 (It happens every so often, usually when I need to go shopping)

    4 WW Trisucts topped with diced tomato, jalapeno & a little cheddar cheese (melted)
    V8

    Chicken & veggie soup
    Pudding
    Diet Coke

    Meatballs (homemade, no bread crumbs) w/ nsa marinara & fresh parm
    Green beans
    Brocolli
    Glass of skim milk

    Popcorn (I have been craving it for awhile, finally remembered to pick up some)
  • Phs 2

    Oatmeal with ground flax

    9 bean soup lf cheese

    Apple peanut butter

    Shrimp on zucchini pasta with salad

    ???
  • Phase 1.5 (fruit, no grain)

    Greek yogurt w/ 1/2 banana sliced
    V8

    Veggie soup
    Diet Coke

    Taco Salad w/ lean ground beef, tomatoes, jalapenos, green onion, rf cheddar, salsa & ranch
    Glass of skim milk

    Cucumber slices w/ herb and garlic laughing cow
  • Today has made no sense, so in no particular order, here we go:

    carrots and hummus
    ww pita w/nsa pizza sauce, lf mozz, turkey pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, green pepper

    Dinner? Good grief - who knows right now!!

    L. Soup with slice of ham
    S. Yogourt
    S. Thai curry chicken breast (kalyn recipe)
    S. Glass of beaujolais nouveau

    Omlette w/ tomatoes, jalapenos & rf cheddar
    Glass of skim milk

    Chicken & veggie soup
    Diet Coke

    Bean Salad w/ chick peas, cucumber, tomatoes, red wine vinegar & a splash of olive oil (s&p to taste)
    Greek yogurt w/ 1/2 banana sliced & a sprinkle of peanuts
    V8

    Raw veggies w/ ranch

    Slice of ww bread with peanut butter and half banana

    Soup with lf cheese

    Yougurt

    Salmon with brussel sprouts and braised cabbage

    Lots of walking today. Boy weekends are so hard
  • Boy - yesterday sure WAS one of those days!

    Anded up eating things I NEVER EAT!!!

    So - back on today - prob phase 1 for the next 3 days or so if I can manage it -
    eggs, V8
    cheese wedge
    chicken, romaine, grilled veggies, salsa, avocado
    cashews
    chicken sausages, green beans, other veggies as I unearth them . . .

    **Day off, slept in... missed 'breakfast'... ya know, the usual***

    Pizza Omelette (so delish) w/ egg whites, roasted red pepper, turkey pepperoni, rf cheddar & just a drizzle of Renees garlic lovers dressing

    Greek yogurt

    Taco Salad w/ romaine, tomatoes, jalapenos, rf cheddar & ranch dressing

    ***possible phase 2 foods tonight***

    A glass of red wine (or 2)

  • Definately phase 2 yesterday.

    Today was a phase 1 kinda day

    Blt salad w/ romaine, tomatoes, turkey bacon, onion, rf cheddar & ranch
    V8

    Greek yogurt
    Chick pea salad w/ red pepper, cucumber & red wine vinegar

    Roast beef w/ homemade horse radish
    Brocolli
    Green beans
    Glass of skim milk
