This is the first time to take my health very seriously and to take control of my life. I felt like this would be a very good place to find support and inspiration to keep going on.
I am currently 211 pounds (I just checked this morning) and that number is so hard to come to terms with. But that's what I get for eating and sleeping. I've been gaining more and more weight as the years go by and I'm done.
I signed up for hot yoga and I'm trying to get into a habit of eating well. I'm hoping that some day I reach my goal of 140 pounds



I am also 5'8", and just 4 months ago, I also weighed 211 lbs. Now, I am halfway to my goal of 145 lbs! If I can do it, so can you! You'll find lots of support here! Good luck!
