    This last 30 days I lost only 4lbs which, don't get me wrong, is great. That's a pound a week, but I'm still over a hundred pounds from my goal and it seems to be going unbearably slow, so I've dropped my calories just a bit lower and I'm going to focus on some more exercise in my day. Ideally I'd like to lose more like 2-3lbs a week until I'm a bit smaller.

    But I would never say 4lbs a month is bad, I mean, it's better than nothing and it's a million times cooler than gaining!

    I'm still really impatient. I just want to be in Onederland already!

    Yes thewalrus0, you are doing great..I celebrate each pound as well. I'm sure you already know this but I learned the hard way that when I dropped my caloric intake I had to make sure I was still getting enough protein each day and extra when I started exercising!! I did it without getting extra protein and my loss stalled for 2 weeks. Take your ideal weight divided by 2 and make sure you are getting that amount in approx. grams of protein everyday..and make sure you get some extra protein within 30mins of any exercise on workout days! Sorry if you already knew this!! My ITG Diet coach taught me this when we tried to figure out my stall.
