I have been on here for a long time. I have lost 50 pounds but hurt my neck and gained it all back. I have tried to lose again but for some reason I can't get going this time. I am currently 372 pounds and on meds for high blood pressure.
I am looking for a weight loss buddy who is doing it or someone who would not mind me asking some questions and who can offer me some advice.
