Hi Everyone,
I'm not sure that I'm doing this right, however I'm relatively new to Ideal Protien. I started the first of October and was doing great...totally in Ketosis and everything. I had a family reunion and didn't do as well...and now I'm totally frustrated as I haven't been able to get back on track. Just wanted to see if anyone else has struggled to "get back on" and what worked for your. I'm great during the work week, but the weekends come.....and look out! Ha Ha.... Hope I did this correctly...not sure of the thread things.
