I'm wanting to stay on IP through most of November but then phase off in December. Planning to jump back on in January.
I plan to go straight from Phase 1 to Phase 3. Phase 3 is two weeks. Is it ok to then do Phase 4 for 2 weeks, then go back on Phase 1? Or should Phase 4 be for a longer period before getting back to Phase 1?
I just know I want a "break" but want to phase off properly this time!!


gained 36 lbs over summer. Now Im back at the beginning. My coach told me phase 2 can be done for a week not 2 but you should do it. And phase 3 should be a minimum of 2 weeks. Other then that I don't know anything about the other phases.
