Thought I'd start a thread that talks about the dreaded E word...EXERCISE. I know SBD advertises no E needed, but if you're doing a regular workout--post about it here. I'm a regular on the Ladies Who Lift Board (and have been for a couple of years) but I thought I'd post here to see how everyone is doing with E and SBD and exchange ideas. I'm really curious to see how SBD plays into my workouts.
I lift weights, do cardio on the treadmill and swim. I'm trying to be regular at 4x a week. I go to the gym in the middle of the night, both weekend nights and twice during the week.

I also am going to start my daily walk again. My dog enjoys that.
But I'm not one who thinks my way is the only way. I like to hear what everyone does.My best friend does WW and goes to Curves and loves it a lot. Another friend does low carb and is into aerobic dancing. I'm always curious about what everyone is doing or thinking of doing and how SBD has made your workouts better or affected them in any way.
