Has anyone on here heard of ITG diet? I am starting this week and am just seeing if anyone on here is familiar with or has used them before?

Hey there..my friend and I have been on the ITG Diet for months now and we like it so far. Like anything that doesn't allow pizza and cheeseburgers its brutal but we are making it through. Have you tried the chocolate fudge cake?

That's great! I am really excited to start and can't wait to get this weight off. I like how the food does all the work and I don't need any shots/pills. I have tried the fudge cake! I was thinking I can have my cake now and eat it too!

Hello fellow ITG'ers..glad there are more of us out there in the 3FC world! My husband and I have both lost 70lbs..gained some back and are back at it again..I have to lose another 20..and the last weight is brutal. But my coach with ITG is great..we talk weekly!
