I have been so frustrated the last 3 weeks as the scale has not budged one bit! But I have seen some inches disappear and this morning I did a HUGE happy dance when the last crummy back fat roll/crease disappeared! I actually stood in the living room, lifted up my shirt a bit and asked my husband what was missing. He noticed immediately! So darn happy. Slowly but surely getting back to a smooth hourglass figure. Pounds gone or no pounds gone I am going to keep on truckin. Something is working and I have got to keep going!!!

That is really exciting! It is moments like this that help when the scale isn't moving

Oh wow! I have some fat rolls that I would love to have vanish ... I think that's actually a cooler thing to have happen then to see the scales go down. Because clearly you are getting rid of the bad stuff!

Thank you ladies! This has been a real test of my motivation to keep on going even though the scale is STUCK! I actually love to watch how my clothes keep getting looser and how my body is making small changes. It is almost more of a motivation than that dumb scale anyways!
