    left over pork tenderloin
    artichokes
    rice a roni/pilaf w/no butter and lots of veggies

    dessert:
    putter with dog to his favorite ice cream place for a bite of sorbet,
    he is such a snob

    exercise: weights and 45 min elliptical -4
    water: not enough
