Friday's Day By Day

  • Did you accomplish your goals yesterday? What are your goals for today?

    I didn't accomplish anything. I never do anymore. What is wrong with me??? (I'm sorry for that, I'm just feeling sorry for myself)...

    Today's goals:

    Journal
    Work out

    Heck, if I can't stay in my points range, at least I can keep track of how far out of range I'm going. And working out at least comes easily and will hopefully keep me from gaining while I'm out of control.

    Post what your goals are and your accomplishments--you guys keep me inspired to keep trying.
  • Jess - journaling is a big step towards getting OP. You can't correct eating habits if you don't know what they are. Just journaling will make you so much more aware of what you choose to eat! Laura

    Goals

    1) Work-out
    30 Minutes Cardio: WATP 30 Minute Walk
    ST Upper Body & Abs: Firm Super Body Sculpt - Upper Body & Abs

    2) Drink 64oz H2O

    3) Avoid overeating at cook-out.
  • I've never done this thread before, but what they hay...might help:

    Goals:
    1. Don't be tempted by birthday cake at party
    2. Get exercise in, whether a walk or at the pool
    3. WATER WATER WATER!!!
  • Okay, I didn't post yesterday so I didn't have any real goals but I did 40 minutes on the elliptical and stuck to what i had planned to eat. Better than Wednesday when I didn't exercise at ALL!

    Goal for today:

    1- Stick to the planned meals on my refrigerator

    Goal for weekend:

    1- stick to the plan I make on eating
    2- exercise at least one day - hopefully both.
  • 40 minutes on the elliptical? Holy Cow!!!! I can barely do 15, my legs start burning... What can I say, I'm just a weenie.
