Phase 3 question

  • I started phase 3 on Friday. Do u need to have the full amount of serving size of each group or is that just the max u can have? I can't eat that much! But I am getting portions from each group. Is this ok?

    You're supposed to eat it all
    However, coming from such a small amt, I found it took me a few days to get used to it.
    In the meantime, I rotated bites from each food group & figured out ways to incorporate more into smaller things (I made a paleo muffin w/nut butter, homemade plain yogurt & then blended in fruit). It ended up being just right and kept me full until mid-afternoon.
  • Ahhhh,I can't wait until I have to figure Ph 3 out, well done you on getting to this point! I plan to hit Ph 3 about the end of November so any Ph 3 post is of great interest to me!! Let us know how you are doing!!!!!😄

  • Thanks. I will check out the thread. Not sure how I will stuff lunch in me! We had blueberry pancakes with WF blueberry syrup, with butter on top, and turkey bacon (a ton of it). Lol

  • I had my first P3 breakfast today and got a tummy ache right away. I waited 30 min and then hopped on the elliptical which seemed to help.
