Ok I went in for my annual physical with my Dr who BTW is AWESOME!!!!!!
The Dr office scale matched mine number for number = YES!!!!

He asked if something was wrong because I was there, or was it a I'm coming in to kick the tires to make sure everything is still ok lol.

I told him abt IP and he had never heard of it. I brought in all the papers I had on it, my vitamins and measurments. He checked out what I showed him and told me I had made a very good choice starting IP.

Then came the labs and the results are in:

Total Cholesterol : 158
LDL: 102
Sugar: 89
Fat: 49
Good: 46

BP 110/70

I take zero RX and he just loves that fact and he was very pleased withme overall as a person and patient!!!

That is great! I know you will do well with this plan. I am still loving it. I can truly say this is the only diet I have actually ENJOYED being on. There are some days when I am being a little lazy and don't want to have to think about food, but 90% of the time I am all in. It sounds like you are in a very good place health-wise. Your numbers look great, and will only get better!

Oh and his nurse is sooooooooo awesome, she's Hungarian and we sat and chit chatted for 10 mins (I was patient #1 aftrer his lunch and there was no one waiting!!) I have an excellent relationship with my Dr and Nurse thankfully!
