  • I spent way too much time in the water on the last leg.

    Goals for this leg:

    Stay w/i my WW points EVERY DAY.
    Take some time each day to remind myself in a positive way why I need to eat healthy.
  • Judy - I'm going to join you in the lifeboat and make a commitment to 10 days. Being healthy and feeling better are the goals!

    Judy I was swimming too. I'm back in the boat. I want 10 days on plan. I NEED 10 days on plan.
  • For the next ten days i want to stay on track, my weight loss has been good but im getting to a very stressful time of the year for me, parties on the 28th,my daughter's 3rd birthday is coming on the first of October. Then is Halloween, I've got 3 girls of trick or treat age, thanksgiving, get togethers i do not want to fall off the wagon!! { Get in the water}!!
  • I'm having a rough day..lots of stress. At home and i just want to lose faster I'm getting impatient

    Doing okay so far here today. Eating is fine so far but haven't exercised yet, so that's next on the agenda.
  • I was back in the water the last couple days. Dragged myself to my WW meeting this morning and hoping for a dry day today.
  • I'm in the boat today. Hope it went well for you today, Judy.
  • Stayed in my seat all day. I'm nice and dry. Hoping we all can stay that way today.
  • Another dry day yesterday.
  • Got splashed yesterday. All dry and (wo)manning my oars today.
  • Staying dry here. Hope you ended the day that way, Judy.
