    Another 4 pounds down at my weigh in tonight!!!
    That's a total of 14 pounds in 3 weeks!! I think I have finally found a diet that works for me! Thanks for all the support guys!!!

    That is fantastic! An average of over 4.5 lbs a week can't ask for more.Think how fast you'll reach your goal!
