Just thought I would start the thread and say good morning.
Marsha I went to the thread you had but how deep is your topstampa. I didn't find it.Is there an easier way to get to it.Also if you haven't already go to top of post and post on our bio page so we know more about you. I work in Tampa and belong to a chapter in Palm Harbor.

Good Morning Ladies
I read some of the threads this morn. Trying to catch up on everyone. Sounds as if everyone is doing well.
I know I havent posted in a few days. The eating has been the pits. And having to run a good bit. Fri went and picked son up from school. That was about a 7 hour trip. There and back. He is home this week. And goes back Sunday. Then on Sat had a Bone Marrow Transplant Reunion. That was a 3 hour round trip. Then on Sunday. Went to church and then went and visited some friends. Came home and had company. Then hubbys brother called and wanted to come down to his place. He just built a outside fireplace. He had a fire in it. Wanted to come down. He only lives about 3 miles from us. So we went down there. That was about 9:00pm. Didnt get home until 11:00pm. Then yesterday I washed clothes and hung out. Was a beatuiful day. No rain. Lots of sun. But today is suppose to be real humid and hot. 90 Degrees. YUCK!! I dont like the weather that hot and humid.

MICKEY CONGRATS ON BECOMING A KOPS!!!! That is wonderful.

FLGAL How is the eating going. Mine hasnt been going so well. I am really dreading weighing in tonight. Maybe I can get back on track today. I hope so. That is wonderful that you lost a 1lb. You are doing a great job. Keep up the great job.

SHERRI How was the balloon ride. I think that would be neat. I love to watch the balloons. They have a hot air balloon festival here every fall. I have went a couple of times. But it is so expensive. Sounds as if you are really staying on track and that is great. Good job with the exercise. That is wonderful. Keep up the great job.

To everyone else I am thinking of you. Hoping that everyone is staying OP. Having losses this week. And trying to do some kind of exercise. I have been walking a mile a day. Need to start going further though. Have a wonderful day.

That is great you can spend the week with your son before he ships out again. Are you bringing him to college this time on sunday? As for the eating you have to just get your mindset back girl. Sounds as if your life is a whirlwind right now. That doesn't help us stay on track at all. You can do this.

I did great today. It was too hot to cook anything tonight and we had tee ball. So we had peanutbutter and jelly sandwiches. I had 1 with some chips and I had a few crackers with peanutbutter. And I had an ice cream cone. Just had my oatmeal and a small tossed salad today so I should be fine. It was so hot here and humid. We enjoyed the pool tonight it was great and 80 degrees. We had a fun family night here tonight. It was too hot for tee ball practice so the kids that did show up all he had them do was practice batting then they went home. Megan hit the best tonight then she did all season. I wish it were going a little longer but it will be nice not to have to run after work anymore after thursday night, her last game.

Nothing else going on. I am reading again and enjoying quiet time for me again.

Well I have to get to bed. I will check in with you all tomorrow. Coco let me know how weigh in went.
