I am going to be doing a juice diet until the 20th September and will aim to do roughly 2 hours exercise a day as well.
My current weight is: 227.2 lbs
My 1st goal weight is: 199lbs
Ideally I would be at that weight for the 20th but maybe that's aiming a little too high (I tend to do that) but train insane or remain the same as the saying goes so I'm hoping to stick to that!

I don't know anything about juice diets, but I'm sure someone around here does! I assume it's a jump-start diet, and you'll be counting calories or using some other weight loss plan after that. Good luck!
