So over the course of the summer I have managed to gain 25+ pounds, and it is time to stop pretending that I am doing an OK job maintaining my health and my weight by continuing to do what I am doing! I've joined this website to find others who are looking to lose weight and to maintain my motivation to lose weight!
I am starting graduate school next week and I KNOW things will get challenging in the food department because of how busy I'll be and all of the events I'll need to go to that have food lying around. So I need all the support that I can get....and for me, anyway, giving support helps keep me on track, so I am hoping to be able to do that too!!
