Little bit about me. I'm 35, married for 12 years and I have a wonderful 12 year old daughter. I've been on WW off and on since 2003. I never had any weight issues until after the birth of my daughter. I started at my highest weight of 175 and managed to get down to 118 and kept it off for a couple of years. After that I slowly stopped watching my points, new stresses came about that packed the pounds back on. Now here I am at 152 +/- a few lbs. I am following the old WW program because after a year of WW points plus I actually gained 10 lbs. I'm going back to something I know worked great for me in the past. I'm just tired of thinking I have this kicked only to gain the weight back after a few years. I'm tired of buying fat clothes when I have a whole closet full of clothes I can't wear.
So I hope being on here will keep me accountable and lose this weight once and for all. I look forward to chatting with everyone

I was mostly just counting calories when I first started... this time... and some days I still do just to see what I'm eating vs what the WW points are saying. I'm doing the old way too, because that's worked for me the first time I lost weight - the old tried and true method, as they say.
