I am so glad it is friday. We have had heavy raining for 3 days now and it is pouring out there now. We always need rain but a lot of flooding of roads and a lot of accidents .
I am slowly getting my eating under control. This will be my first 2 day weekend in weeks and I am looking forward to it.
I was very surprised at how many of my ladies made the meeting last night. It was very bad weather but we still had 13. Usually bad weather only brings 4 or five so I do have some dedicated ladies. Time for work

Eleni- it was good to see you post. Glad you are getting back on track. It's not easy, but we are the only one that can make this difference.
Penny-congrats, and he is beautiful, and so are you. Just take it one day at a time, you have a very full schedule.

Me. Finally getting back into the exercise thing. I bought a walking tape. (dvd) walk 4 miles in the home. I like it, and eventually, i will alter my workouts. Gazelle, walking, and maybe a few other things. I just want to do this for a few weeks to get going.
Gerd thing, not going well. Gotta make a lot of changes in the next month to 2 months before i go back to the doctor. I don't have a choice any more. I want to live to see brandon grow up, and my gerd is getting very bad, and if i don't change my habits, well nice things wont happen. A lot of big changes in my life coming, and quick. Just hope i can remember everything, if not i will learn

That is great that so many people came to the meeting even in all the bad weather. You can get back on track. I know when your life is upside down and very hectic it is hard to stay on track. Sounds like you have been in a whirlwind. By the way I only scored 10 on the quiz didn't even understand half the questions to be able to answer them. Guess I am young.LOL Keep up the great work you are doing great.

You can do this girl. If you just get rid of the junk food and eat healthy the GERD will be fine. I deal with it everyday and when I eat healthy I notice a huge difference. In your case this is a blessing in disquise even though you don't think it is. It will really make you think twice before eating something you shouldn't. You will be fine. It is going to be a huge change but for the better all the way around. You can do it. Just think if brandon and your husband you will draw strength from them.

So glad you are getting back in the loop again. I really miss talking to you. I have been wanting to call you but the time just seems to slip away at night. Yes andrew is a beautiful baby and you looked great to. You have all very beautiful kids you are very blessed. Did you tell work the news yet?LOL Hope you are feeling good. Even having a baby you are still smaller then me that isn't right girl.LOL
You can stay on plan the weight will come off. When are you going to start taking in more kids? Hope you will give yourself some recoop time before that happens you need it. How is andrew doing and how are the boys adjusting to having him in the house? Remember make good choices you can do it.

As for me I am not losing anything this week. Just going back and forth between 1 lb. I think I lost so much last week that my body is taking time to adjust. I have been staying away from junk food and not eating after dinner or between meals. So I am still on plan. I did some exercises last night to start toning that makes me smaller all over to fit into my jeans better.LOL
Gotta go get breakfast and head to work. I get to go in the hot air balloon tonight can't wait.

Don't know how long that I can stay on today. It is raining and some thunder and we turn the computer off if the thunder gets close.

I lost at weigh in today. 1 pound, but I am very happy with that. It's more than I usually lose at a time. I finally got under 180 lbs. And now my name was drawn to have the circulating gift box for 4 weeks. If I lose all those weeks, I'll get $5.00. So, I'll need all the help that I can get to keep losing.

Coco...How are you doing today? I'm not going to post my menu today because I blew it. We went out to lunch and it is just too hard to figure out some of the calories. I did have a salad, but I also had a dish of pinto beans and 2 cornbread muffins. I'll get right back on track, because I do want to keep losing. I hope that you have been doing better than I. One more week and you will have the whole month in the black. I'm rootin' for you. Keep up the good work.

Sherri..Hang in there and the weight will start coming off again. It sounds like you have a good plan with not eating the junk food and watching the between meal snacks.

Well you all must have been praying real hard for me this past week. I reached my goal and went 2 #'s under. I really did have to watch every bite I put in my mouth.

Thanks for all the help and encouragemant. I couldn't have done it with the support of my TOPS friend. I have played with 11 pounds for about 5 years and just desided that I had to do it NOW.

I need to be in the bed, but am making Oreintal Chicken Wings for a things I am catering next weekend. I haven't even been tempted to sample!

Need to go check them. Will talk later...
