I am a 48 yo female from Mississippi, and I am starting my program today. I am very, very excited and ready for this. I am 5'4" and weigh 297 pounds, so my goal weight is about 150.
For breakfast this morning I had the prepared chocolate pudding, and for lunch I have steamed some broccoli and cauliflower and chopped it up and put it in the broccoli and cheddar soup. So far, so good.
I have lurked for a couple of weeks and have jotted down a few recipes that I am anxious to try.
I look forward to getting to know everyone and hope we can all get healthy together.
