Hello. My name is Deb and this is my first post. I'm still learning to navigate the different forums, but my question is this.
Is there any place I can see the menus some of you follow or a list of foods you eat on a daily basis? I realize everyone is different, but it neat to see the kinds of foods others are including in their diets, and what works for them.
