I saw it listed in the normal non-restricted veggie list but some people on here have been saying that it is too high in carbs.. any opinions? Think it is safe to eat every day. I am not a salad eater(something about the texture just freaks me out) and jicama is a nice and easy low prep veggie that I dont mind raw.. advice? As always thanks guys, you are seriously the best!P.S. Google said it has 58 carbs! is that true?! how could that even be allowed?
